How does Starter pricing work?

₹200 per child per year, billed on active child slots — so a 25-child playschool pays for 25 slots. Minimum billing is ₹2,999 a year. Starter fits schools up to 30 active students; past that you move to Pro, which has no student limit. Taxes extra.

How is Pro billed?

₹400 per child per year, on active child slots — when a child leaves, the slot frees up. Minimum billing is ₹5,999 a year. Tell us your enrolment and we'll give you a clear written quote. Taxes extra.

What's the difference between Pro and Signature?

Only whose app your parents open. Pro puts your logo, colours and letterheads inside the Totkin app. Signature publishes your own app on the Play Store and App Store — your icon, your name, your splash animation, zero Totkin branding — with a dedicated database, your own API subdomain and a dedicated account manager. Every software feature is otherwise the same.

Are safety features really in every plan?

Safety essentials — allergy tracking, authorized pickups and emergency info — are in Starter, Pro and Signature alike. The medication workflow (requests, schedules, reminders, given-log) is part of Pro and Signature.

What are the plan limits?

Starter: up to 30 active students, 1 branch, 5 GB media storage. Pro and Signature: unlimited students and branches, 25 GB / 50 GB storage. Active enquiries are unlimited on every plan. Storage marked * is adjustable per school. Past a cap you're warned at 90% and paused at 100% — and enquiry capture is never blocked.

Can we start on Starter and move up later?

Anytime, with no redeployment — your data, parents and settings stay exactly as they are; new features simply switch on.
